Hardy Shao had the vision for the startup of Drillcraft Tools Corporation back in 2006. Through his leadership, Drillcraft Tools has prospered and is known in the OEM and retail channels for a winning combination of quality products, excellent value and unparalleled service. Hardy takes pride in playing a big role in all facets of operations within Drillcraft. The company is built on a culture of encouraging all employees and staff to explore innovative ways to add value to the Drillcraft Tools brand and portfolio of products.

Over the past 10 years, Drillcraft has invested many resources into expanding its product offering capabilities including an injection line, blow mold, and clamshell packaging to support and grow its already expansive line of power tool accessories. Drillcraft is located in Beatrice, Nebraska, allowing the company to provide strong and timely centralized customer service to customers on both coasts in the U.S. Its factory in China is a streamlined, vertically integrated facility ensuring the finest product quality, improved lead times, investment in research and development, and availability of internal design services for our customers.

Today, Drillcraft Tools offers sales and products shipped directly to customers, allowing retailers to better manage inventory and fulfillment across a broader line of product.

Drillcraft’s success allows Hardy to be very active as an economic ambassador for the state of Nebraska. He has been recognized by the Governor and is instrumental in helping people who participate in the Governor’s mission trips overseas.
